What happens in a regular coaching session?

After documents are signed and payment is made, we schedule our first appointment. During this visit we discuss and unpack several different areas of your life and how they impact your health and wellness. We'll work together to lay the foundational vision for our groundwork- think "big picture" to the changes you might be ready to invest in. After this, ongoing sessions involve engaging dialogue, collaborative strategizing, creative ways to overcome obstacles etc. Topics are varied and can include: nutrition, exercise or movement, stress, sleep, work-life balance, weight-loss and more.

Where do we meet and for how long?

We meet virtually, 1x a week for 12 consecutive weeks for 45 minutes per session.

We use the Healthie app, for weekly virtual sessions, scheduling, communication and payment. It is free to use for clients. The app works well on mobile devices but best on a home computer for weekly virtual calls.

How much does it cost and what is required?

The price for the 12 week plan, which is due in full at the time of contract signing is $1240. While there are no discounts at this time, we encourage you to keep an eye out for future promotions. There are no refunds. We are confident in our skills and abilities to draw out your strengths to make steady progress and consistent changes that are sustainable for you. We only require you show up and give effort.

Are you going to make me buy shakes or supplements?

Easy answer, no. What the cost covers and what you pay for is the coaching service.
