Our coaching is designed for people who want to improve their overall health and wellness. The areas we address and the techniques we use are as varied and individual as each client. Our main agenda is to give the client autonomy over their own goals. The client meets with a Certified Coach for weekly meetings to engage in dynamic and meaningful dialogue that facilitates behavioral change that result in improved and optimized health.
